Happy New Year 2012

Another year has past, a time for reflection and thanks for God's faithfulness. Lamentations 3:23 says  " Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning". It's a  wonderful promise to know that at the start of this New Year, even this new day God's promise to us is that He will remain faithful to us everyday. May it be our prayer that he will give us the strength to be faithful to Him. God bless you, have a blessed 2012.

Joy to the World...

The Lord is here! It's so easy to get wrapped up in all the tinsel of Christmas and sometimes begin to loose faith in why we have Christmas. But it was Faith, that made the Wise men follow the star so that they may worship him. It was Hope that brought the Shepherds down from the hills to find their Saviour. And Love carried Mary and Joseph through it all.

 The same Faith, Hope and Love is still seen today as we look at the nativity scene and see the real meaning of Christmas.

 May the Lord continue to bless you. Have a great Christmas and a peaceful New Year.

Towy Community Church Harvest Thanksgiving Service.

An opportunity for all of us to come together and thank God for everything He's given us.

Whether it is food on the table or shoes on our feet, you are welcome to join us in a 'Service of Thanksgiving'.  

Queen Elizabeth High School on the 23rd of October at 10.30am.

Towy Church Youth Adventure Weekend.

If you're in years 7 - 12 then this weekend is a must for you!

Wide games, camping, camp fires, night walks, outdoor pursuits or ten pin bowling and a lot more.

Towy Community Church Picnic and Funday Sunday 18th of September (After the morning service)

Sunday 18th September at 1.30pm 

Venue - at the Gale's, Penlan, Meidrim Road, St. Clears, SA33 4DW

Bring your own picnic and rug/chairs.

There will also be a sports day type event for the young and old sure to be a fun day for all with face paints, parachute games and a bouncy castle!

Towy Community Church Bike Ride 

Sunday 17th July 2011, after Church service at Millenium Path - Pembrey side. 

A cycle down towards Llanelli and a picnic halfway then cycle back.  (People to bring their own picnic).  There is no charge for this event.  Unlimited no of people can come so invite your friends.

Towy Community Church Car Treasure Hunt 

Wednesday 10th August 2011, 5pm at Model School Car Park. 

Charge £3 per car.  Unlimited no of people can come so invite some frineds to join you in your car.  Money also needed for chips at the end of the evening.
